In the many months since I became the pastor for Missions at First Baptist, I’ve worked with our staff, with the Missions and Evangelism Commission, and together with the pastors to focus and strengthen our mission partnerships.
On April 19, in our Sunday morning services, I spent some time expanding on our understanding of the Great Commission. In doing so, I endeavored to articulate a clear vision for how we approach our numerous global partnerships, and how we want to equip every single individual and family at First Baptist in being part of our Global Mission Strategies.
