Seek Us Here (Ezekiel 34 – Quiet Time)

Writer: Joel HarderJoel Harder
Ezekiel 34:11-13 English Standard Version (ESV) 11 “For thus says the Lord God: Behold, I, I myself will search for my sheep and will seek them out. 12 As a shepherd seeks out his flock when he is among his sheep that have been scattered, so will I seek out my sheep, and I will rescue them from all places where they have been scattered on a day of clouds and thick darkness. 13 And I will bring them out from the peoples and gather them from the countries, and will bring them into their own land. And I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the ravines, and in all the inhabited places of the country.

My Prayer

“Lord, seek your sheep here. Let them be found among the nations; and let them be found in our midst.

You, Yourself, are the Great Shepherd whose loving-kindness will unending be our comfort and joy.

Seek us here with Your Holy Spirit. Call us to Your Holy Sanctuary. Cleanse us with Your Holy Sacrifice. Restore us with Your Holy Scripture.

Justify us through His Sacred Blood. Reconcile us through our Sacred Priest. Satisfy us with Your Sacred Promise. Create in us Your Sacred Purpose.

And let your sheep be found here.”
